Annual Craft Fair – July 13th, 2024

Western Town Library is planning to hold its 3rd annual Craft Fair on Saturday July 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and we are now accepting booth requests from vendors!

· VENUE: This is an outdoor event. Please bring your own tent, table, and chair(s). 

· AMENITIES: Each vendor will be allocated a 10’ x 10’ space. Up to 40 vendors. Electric will not be available. Wi-Fi is available for card scanners. The library will remain open throughout the event to allow for use of the rest rooms and access to the water cooler (or air-conditioned breaks!). 

· COST: Booth rental is $25. Vendors are also asked to provide a (small) item from their booth to include in a raffle basket, which will be drawn during the last hour of the event.

· CONTRACT: To ensure a variety of booths, we do review each booth request before contracts are issued. (We are only trying to ensure we don’t duplicate vendors of the exact same item, such as Color Street or Usborne Books.) There are limited spaces available – we only have room for 40 vendors, so get signed up early to ensure you have a spot!

The Library Board of Trustees plans to host a booth with a used book sale, as well as a grill at lunch time for some food items (and bottled water) for sale.

We are encouraging the local residents to host their garage sales on that same day to increase traffic coming into town and help all of us with sales. Please share with fellow crafters or vendors that you think may be interested!
